"I got it set up really..."
I got it set up really quickly and, shockingly, didn’t have to sacrifice my entire afternoon to make it work. Easy, no headache, which is apparently still something worth celebrating.

"Not as reliable as it used to be"
I’ve ordered before it used to be a lot better. This time my order took forever to ship, and the tracking barely updated at all, so I had no idea where it was or when it would show up. Frustrating experience

"They helped, even if it took a bit"
Support did get my issue fixed after we chatted for a while. It wasn’t the fastest thing ever, but I don’t think it’s fair to act like they didn’t help. In the end, it got sorted, and that’s what I needed.

"I regret not looking around the site more..."
I regret not looking around the site more before spending time on it, because the design just feels a bit messy and dated to me. Some sections don’t line up quite right, and the colors come across kind of random, which makes the whole thing feel less polished.

It does work, so I wouldn’t say it’s awful, but I didn’t feel very confident browsing it. I wish the layout was simpler and easier on the eyes, because right now it’s just not that pleasant to use.

"broke after about a week"
i was disappointed with this. it felt cheap right away and ended up snapping off my keys after only a week.
